Help with resetting the UC540

I am trying to reset the UC540, because somehow I am not able to connect it using CCA, it always show connection Failed.

and when I try to reset to factory default.

This is what it showed.

R1#service in0/0 session
IP address needs to be configured on interface Integrated-Service-Engine0/0 

I am new to UC540 can anyone help me with this?

Hello Anthony,

Are you trying to reset the UC540 to factory defaults? If so, there is a very easy procedure to reset the unit to factory default using CLI.

In your flash, you should have a .cfg file called  UC540W-FXO-K9-factory-8.2.0.cfg or something close. You can check by using the commands at the enable prompt hostname#SH FLASH.

Let me know if you have a .cfg file for your UC540.
