Hi Ashleigh:
All entries in the corporate directory are displayed in the Advanced Client. The Cisco Cisco administrative user is added in by default during system installation. You need to have an Administrator account to be able to log in to the Configuration Manager. The Cisco, cisco account allows you to log in. You can also login using other user accounts that have been setup as user-type=Administrator
To remove the Cisco, Cisco user, first create another user in the corporate directory and set their user-type as Administrator or make an existing user an Administrator. Save it and verify that you can log in to the Configruation Manager using that user name and password. Then delete the Cisco Cisco user.
Thanks
