I have a client with a UC560. All calls go to the initial auto attendent and then the caller gets to where they need to go by using the menu. Some of these calls get put into blast groups that ring 2-4 phones. I am using VeraSmart to do call logging but it doesn't work very well when all of the calls go to AA and blast groups initially from what I can gather. I want to see what kind of information I can get out of historical reporting. I know about historical reporting but if I enable it, how to I get these reports from the UC560? It is running CUE 8.0.2.

Historical Reporting is just a CME utility to look at raw CDR files. You may have more luck looking at the CDR files to see what the calls look like.
