How can I change uc500 to chinese language (voicemail)?

HI everyone!!

My customers need Chinese voicemail.(I need China and Taiwan Locale Pack )

I can not find the Locale Pack  on https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9829.

How can I change uc500 to chinese  language (voicemail)?

Hi,

The present SWP 8.2 only support Chinese(Mandarin) language, not Taiwan or Hong Kong.

The Taiwan and Hong Kong locales will be supported in the next SWP.

Please open a support case and we will publish the file(Chinese-Mandarin) to you via the case owner.

You will have to install Chinese language and activate it manually since CCA is not support it.

The case owner should be able to instruct you.

I can not use CISCO  TAC Service (ID is not set up to access).

I hope next SWP can support Taiwan and Hong Kong locales,and can download at https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9829.
