How is PLAR configured on a FXS port of a UC520?

How is PLAR configured on a FXS port of a UC520 with code UC520-8.0.0? I am using a Viking E-40 Series Entry analog telephone plugged into an FXS port. It is a line powered speaker phones designed to provide two-way hands free communication from an entry door. I want the E-40 to automatically ring a hunt group when it goes off hook.

Here is the final working commands I used. The hunt group was 505 and door extension was 301.

I bascialy need to be able to dial into the viking e40 and press the button so it dials out.
