How to connect IP phone remotely to UC540 CME 8.6

Hi:

I have UC540 with CME8.6 for small business. I just wonder if any type of Cisco phone support remote connection. We have couple remote user work from home. And require to have a Cisco phone set install in their home. Suggestion with the model of the phone and step to configure the UC540 and phone are higl appriciated.
