How to Display the line short name depending on line riging on SPA508G ?

Hello,

I use SP508G 8 lines phones (7.5.5FW).

When a call is incomming, the screen display :

From:XXXXXXXXX

XXXXXXXXXX

where XXXXXXXXX is the caller number.

I need to display the short name associed to the line ringing like this :

From:XXXXXXXXX

John

where John is the short name in Phone/Line X/ShortName...

Is anybody have a solution ???

Phone will display any text supplied by PBX. So configure your PBX to send the caller name according your wishes.
