how to extend timer for hunt group before transfer to rececption phone ?

Hi Guys,

Is there a way that we can extend the timer for hunt group before transfer to recpetion phone on BE3000 ?

Please use the attached COP file to increase the Hunt List No Answer Timer value from current 10 sec to 30 sec.

Copy it to a USB Key or a SFTP Server and upload it using Upgrade Page on BE3K, just like you upgrade BE3K from one release to another release. Once it is complete, the timer value would change.

There is no need to reboot.
