i delete the flash memory!!! help me.

by mistake I deleted the flash memory  I reinstalled the IOS in order to install the  software package UC520-7.0.3.zip

the problem is when I attempt to upgrade using the  Cisco configuration asistant application in the 49 per cent of the ipgrade proccess the installation failded indicating the following error:

Backup of CUE configuration and data failed.

Software upgrade for CUE module failed.

any help will be good

Hi Daniel,

You may have an FTP server running because of which CCA is not able to backup the configuration. Can you capture the complete application log for upgrade?

it is the error!!

i select the option IOS, and this happens

Can you open up a command prompt and post the results of a netstat -an?
