Inbound calls would not go to shared extension

Hi

We have a strange issue with our UC320.

All the inbound calls are going to a shared extension which has two phones in it. On busy/no answer it goes to an Auto Attendant. Time to time it goes straight to Auto attendant without even trying to go to Shared Extension. We have checked everything we could the DnD is not enabled, phones are up and running, I can call phone’s extension without any problems. Every time it happens we have to reboot UC320 and then it works normally. There are 5 analog lines in.

Any thoughts?

Yes, there is a night AA with a manual switch.

Hi,

Make sure you are on the latest Limited Deployment release.

Suggest the next time that this happens that you log into the configuration utility, enable logs on your FXO ports.  Make the inbound call on FXO, then look at/capture the logs before power cycling the system.  Suggest opening a case with the Cisco Small Business Support center:
