Incoming Calls Failing

I have been trying to configure a SIP trunk to work on my UC520 and outgoing calls are working just fine, but I am having no luck on incoming calls. I assume there is an issue somewhere with my access list configuration or the firewall. I tried disabling the toll fraud, but that did not help, so I re-enabled it, again with no luck. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Kindly confirm if you've configured your UC520 using CCA. Kindly provide me below debugs for one test call:

 - debug voice ccapi inout

 - debug ccsip message

Also please provide me the show runn of the UC520.

If you've configured the UC520 using the CCA, then CCA by default configures few access list and access group as a TollFraud mechanism.

Please do a "show runn | sec access-group", and remove any access group already configured. Also please type "no ip address trusted authenticate" under "voice service voip" and try making incoming calls.

Regards

Akshay
