Hi

Is there a way to append a 90 to all incoming calls on the UC540 just to make it more user friendly on caller id

Thanks

You can do this under call back rules section in CCA.

Calling number length should be 10 (for digit 10 numbers) and the prefix to add would be 91.  If the number comes in as 11 digits the prefix should be 9.  In your case, im not sure why you would prefix a 90 because if they attempted to redial the number, they would get a fast busy unless you have an outgoing dialplan setup for that.

This video explains it too.  Skip to 54 seconds.

Hi marcus

Thanks for that, needed to add a 90 as it is UK, BT seems to drop the leading 0 off the number and then if they click redial it all works fine now

Thanks
