I am trying to figure out how to set my input gain for my SPA504g phones. I was able to view the phone's website and can see the settings listed there, but can't seem to get into an admin mode. using the http://phoneip/admin just shows the same page as the http://phoneip site. Do I need to somehow enable the admin mode to make these changes or can I change these settings on the phone itself?

John, are you using your Cisco SPA504G
with a VoIP service provider, or with your own IP PBX?

No luck yet. Someone mentioned that you have to enable the admin settings on the default XML file for the phone. I am the admin for our phones and UC560 system but have not figured out how to do that. If I knew how I have the credentials to do it, just not the knowledge! (I know, that can be a dangerous position to be in.)

im on the phone with the SBSC about this very issue, i think its rather ridiculous that this Cisco has not replied to this question.
