I'm looking to setup two UC560 units across two offices. Both offices will have the Operator Console configured. Is it possible to link the two units in such a way that receptionist in office A can see activity in office B and vice versa?
Essentially the receptionist can cover for each other as well as see what is going on in the other office.

Yes, they can track call/presence status between Operator A and Operator B and any users/contacts in database including: Personal, Outlook, Corporate and External database.
What you need:
- 1 Machine to install SCC Server 1.6
- 2 Machines to install 2 Operator Clients
You can download the files and VODs from the download site below: Cisco Unified CallConnector Server/Client Downloads and documentation:
http://tools.cisco.com/support/downloads/go/Redirect.x?mdfid=280804498
Cisco Smart CallConnector Operator Downloads and documentation:
http://tools.cisco.com/support/downloads/go/Model.x?mdfid=282938778
Please let us know if you need any further assistances. If needed, I can setup a webEx session and work with you to get this configured and running. Please provide us your email address and when is a good time to connect, then I'll forward you a webEx session.
