Just thought I would share how to integrate a Cisco UC560 PBX with Office 365 to provide voicemail to email inbox functionality.
The First thing to do is to set up an smtp virtual in IIS on a server within the environment according to Microsoft's KB Article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2600912/en-us
The Second thing to do is to add the ip addresses of the Cisco UC560 Vlans (Voice and Data, including the ip address of the integrated service-module) to the list of ip addresses allowed to relay in the smtp virtual server properties in IIS on the server you created it on.
The Third thing to do is to ensure your firewall has routes to the UC560 subnet to allow traffic to flow between the data and voice vlans on the internal network

I did not set authentication in the UC560 smtp settings as the smtp virtual server settings in IIS allow for Anonymous access.
The above has been tested and works fine. This also works for scan to email from Client printers.
