Is there a way to put some files onto internal TFTP server on SPA9000? I think it is a good idea - to keep all config files for provisioned phones inside SPA9000, avoiding any external servers.

Not on the spa9000 but if you used the wizard for configuration, the config files are stored on the hard drive of the pc which ran the wizard.

But I am not going to use wizard. I am service provider so I want to give clients fully configured devices.
