IP Phone SPA 502G is not acquiring Network - Ext 1: Faild (403)

Dear Friends!

I have cisco SPA502G at office. Suddenly it lost network.
I reset it comparing to the settings of other phone but there is no tone and it give error in Ext 1: Faild (403).
Is subscriber info has something to do with this?

Please guide me if there is some expert.

Also how to get this password if I can't find it.
other two similar sets are working fine.

Dial tone claim the phone is ready to accept dialing. Thus no dial tone mean phone is not ready. Probably just because it's not registered to VoIP proxy. 403 error mean "not authorized" - either credentials are not correct, or the account in questio no longer exists. Ask the administrator of the proxy the phone is trying to register to for help.
