Hi there - this relates to my work phone. Can anyone tell me how to make my voice sound louder on the phone as I have to literally shout into it? I can turn up the volume but it just makes the handset unbearably loud. Any help gratefully received, thank you.

Input gain adjusting is so rare and special operation - it can't be adjusted from phone itself.

To say true, I know no one who need to adjust this (I'm maintaining hundredths phones installed). So I suspect the issue is elsewhere - something like broken microphone in handset, or so. Unfortunately, analysis require a person familiar with the technology used. It sounds you are not such kind of specialist.

Who has configured your phone for you ? He should know how to enter the WWW UI configuration page. And he should be the IT-skilled person you are searching for.

Of course, you can assume broken microphone and apply for warranty replacement. It may not help, but it should not harm.

Hi Dan - thanks very much for your help but I'm a little confused. Is there something I can just turn up / down on my phone, as I don't know how to go online to make amends to my handset...? Thanks.

Thank you, Dan - I'll ask our technical department for a new handset in that case! Really appreciate your help.
