We have had a few customers ask about using a corporate logo image on their newly installed SPA525G phones. I have seen a number of threads that explain adding .xml images for the older 7970 type phones.
Is there a simple way to load images to the phones via CCA?
Please advise, thank you. Paul

I don't know of a way to do this in CCA but this will walk you through doing it manually on the phone.

Paul,
Happy New Year!
I am off but saw your post.
Patrick Born posted a how to note under IP Phones section.
Spa525s use USB stick with directory names a certain way and file types defined in that note. The USB can also play music.
I realize this means you have to stage all the phones manually until we can do this a more scalable way. Hope that's OK

Beth/Steven, thank you for the responses. I followed the directions in the link provided, but the 525 did not "see" the image I saved in the "\pictures directory" folder.
I saved an image as 320x240, it is only 31Kb. I tried .jpg, .bmp, .png. Still nothing showing in the Wallpaper selections on the 525.
If anyone has something I am missing please advise. Thank you!

HEre is the admin Guide for the SPA phones. It list some of the specifications for the .bmp file.
Also if you want to email me the file I will try it out in our lab.
