Is there a way to reset a phone from the admin interface of the BE3000

How do you reset any devices on BE3K other than removing and adding back a phone?

YES you can reset a phone or a group of phones by using these tips: 

Resetting a Single Phone: Go to the Phone page and edit the phone which you wish to reset. In the edit phone menu, simply select save. The phone will then be reset.   

Resetting a group of users on the same Usage Profile: Another option is to navigate to the usage profile page in the UI then edit and save the usage profile that the group of phones are registered in. Please note if you click save in the usage profile then all phones that have that usage profile will be reset.
