Issue Applying Changes

Hi All,

I have a UC320W that I am having issues applying changes. It is running version 2.2.2.

Basically I have deleted a couple extension and added a few new ones. I have tried doing this as one job and as several seperate jobs.

Everything checks out fine, no red x's on any thing.

When I actually click Apply Changes I noticed a small yellow circle appear in the top left of the web browser I was accing the device from.

I have also tried scheduling a reboot for an hour later, but it the job never seems to go through.

Hi Charles,

It seems that your configuration file is currupted if there is a small yellow circle in the top left corner of the web browser. Please restore from the saved good configuration file.

Best regards,

Wendy

Hello Charles,

If your configuration file is corrupted, then you will want to restore a saved configuration file form before the corruption. If you would like assistance with that, please refer to this article:

Backup/Restore Configuration on UC320W

Thanks,
