Issue with SPA9000 + SPA3102

I have installed two separate systems comprised of one SPA900 and one SPA3102 in diffferent locations about a year ago and are both presenting the following problem.

  1. There is one analog phone connected to one of the FXS ports on the SPA9000
  2. When one SPA9xx phone makes an outbound call and one phone terminal (SPA9xx or analog) makes a call to an extension (SPA9xx or analog) the person on the outside call can hear part of the conversation of the extension-to-extension call at a lower volume. Outside party does not hear anything.
  3. I have disconnected the analog phone an reset the SPA9000 and the problem disappears for some time, but then returns.
  4. I am currently testing the system without the analog phone to see if the problem perisists.

Is this a known issue? If so, is there a solution?

Issue with SPA9000 + SPA3102

Hi Luis;

After several years (product is now EOS) this is the first time I hear about this issue, not to say on a repeatable fashion. Let's see if other people in the forum have experienced the issue.
