I am having Cisco SPA525g2 IP Phone, tried to configure Corporate Directory with Windows AD Integration. But Always shows no matches found on search.
I can browse directory by other ldap tool.
Can Someone help?

So many possible causes. Catch the LDAP request sent by phone and compare it with the one sent by other ldap tool.

Change content of the "Client DN" and "User Name". "User name" should contain "Administrator" (without quotes), and "Client DN" should have full string (CN=Administrator...)
Last name filter sn:(sn=*$VALUE*)
First name filter: givenName:(givenName=*$VALUE*)
Also most likely you want to change search base to the specific OU that contains real people you want to find, instead of entire AD. I even not sure it would work.
I would also advice to dedicate specific user with AD access rights instead of using Administrator account. Otherwise you should spread out administrative password on all user phones. This is unreasonable.
