I'm curious about this.. Is it possible to have 2 UC500s connected via VPN and have 1 side be able to use the trunks of the other side for outbound calls to certain destinations?
Yes this is possible. You can setup dial peers that go from one uc500 to the other and go out the local trunks. This isn't supported in CCA and if you plan on using CCA later, you should look at the out of band configuration guide.
