Listening to Background Music on Phones (UC540)

Hi Everyone,

I have a customer that upgraded from an old Nortel Norstar system to a UC540 - the staff used to listen to the music on hold source through their phone speakers on the Nortel sets, and they are want to do this on the UC540 with SPA phones.

I've seen some older posts here asking this same question that have been left unanswered - I thought I would ask the question again to see if there have been any new developments.

The music source is just a radio plugged into the external MOH port. 

Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions - or if this is a definite "no can do".

No developments, it's not supported.

Unless one is willing to actually make a call to listen to MoH.
