Long Distance call accounting

Hello everyone,

I need to configure long distance accounting on a UC540, can someone point me in the right direction? Pretty much need to enter a 4 digit number which relates to a PO prior to making a long distance call then generate a report. I believe the UC does this but I've never done it before and don't know where to being.
