Low volume on SIP calls

Hi I know that the UC320 is end of life, but I was hoping that someone can answer this question:

I have a customer complaining that people can not hear him, when making calls via the sip trunk. I tested and noticed that the volume is significantly lower on the sip trunk, compared to the FXO port. Also on the FXO port you can play with the DB Gain, which helps in most cases.

Does anyone have a PMF file, that increases the DB volume of the SPA phones that use SIP trunk for outgoing calls. If you adjust the volume on the actual phone it only affects what you hear when you use the phone, it does not affect the user on the other end.

I accessed the webpage of the phones, but can not alter any settings there.

We are in Australia. If someone can help, I will highly appreciate it.
