<< Backspace softkey on UC560 and 7970

Does anyone know if the << backspace softkey is available to a 7960 or 7970 in a uc560? It is a really handy softkey but it doesn't seem to be an option under the softkey template. Is there a way to get that key on the phone?

No, it is not available at all.

Will have to use 'arrow' keys only.

Thanks for the reply. from what I have seen the arrow keys on the phones simply move the cursor allowing you to insert digits they don't erase the digit you may have mistyped. Am I missing soemthing here?

Hi Paul,

The << softkey is available under 7960 for sure when you are trying to enter a phone number to dial. It is available when you enter a digit. You do not have to change the template.
