If you are having trouble opening CUCC on MAC please check these settings
Under System Preference—> Security & Privacy—>General Tab—>Allow apps download from Anywhere
I deleted the files and tried to download from the site that you did and this worked for me again.
Then, copy the entire folder to the Applications folder and open the executable file.
