My customer would like to stop the playback of the time/date/duration of the message before hearing the message. I can't find any configuration settings for mailboxes. I saw on an old post here that to keep configuration simple, the ability to change alot of things was not implemented. I assume that is the case with this issue, but I figured I'd ask.
I have discovered that they can hit 1 to listen to the message and hit another 1 to skip the envelope information and I have given them this as a temporary (permanent?) fix.
