Hello,

I used Brazil region and all the dial plans was working fine until I updated to firmware 2.2.2.

Right now, the following patterns does not work anymore.

0[1-8]... i.e: 03112757762 or 03453597135

[2-9].... i.e: 4793 or 479393

Please provide me with the solution.

Dear Sam;

Can you please open a case with the Small Business Support Center so your case can be properly tracked.

Hi Sam,

We noted that the default setting of Ports and Trunks>SIP/BRI/Trunks>Setting>Prefix dialed numbers with "+xx"

is  marked with a tick ☑after pressing the RESET button. It should be blank in some older version.

BRgds,
