My Phone Apps - Speed Dial Button vs Personal Speed Dial

What the difference between these? If I add something to Speed Dial Buttons, it shows up on phone & I can use abbreviated dial with it.  Plus it shows up in CCA with Personal Speed Dial.

That's a bit confusing when there is also a Personal Speed Dial which doesn't show up in CCA but you add on the phone, you can see under Local Services, Personal Speed Dial on 50x phones and no abbreviated calling.

The Local Speed Dial is replicated from the UC 540 with a listing of the system speed dial numbers to all phones and the personal speed dial are numbers you configure on your user profile in CCA that are not shared to all phones.  I hope this helps.
