I have a client who wants to be able to monitor their phone calls coming into the call center. They want to be able to listen to conversations, see the calls coming in and do basic call accouning. Any suggestions?
They have a UC520 with 32 users. We are also going to be adding more people so need to upgrade our license to 48.
Natively you cannot listen in without barging into the call.
You can check with VersaDial I believe their product will meet your needs.
