So I have looked around but cannot find firmware update for UC320W. I found this https://community.cisco.com/t5/small-business-support-documents/uc320w-firmware-release-information/ta-p/3295527 but all the lings are broken. Having issues with voicemail and wanted to try updated firmware version but apparently all the links I find are broken. A call to cisco is useless as I had to create an account, after creating an account the rep told me to fill out an address and additional info then was told I need a contract for support. I told them my issue then afterwards I needed a serial number which I do not have on hand at the moment. All I need is the firmware versions downloads. Also found https://software.cisco.com/download/home/283661239/type/283672515/release/2.3.2
but all links are broken as well. Need all versions available for testing.
Nope, Cisco would not provide any firmware versions unless I had a support contract.
