Need help on 3911 SIP Phone become unprovisioned!!!

Dear All,

Please help !

My customer are using UC560 as CME with 3911 SIP Phone as endpoint.

It worked fine when I first configured however it became "unprovisioned" whenever I did some changes such change number or name.

I tried get help from TAC and they said that 3911 is not support on UC560.

I really need to fix this problem as more and more phones are becoming unprovisioned.

At the moment, I have to ask my customer to claim the phone for new one.

The last case, Cisco send the new phone that appeared to be unprovisioned from the moment that plugged in.

Dear Jarunee,

In my expirence unprovisioned error accure when there is a problem in XML file.

I suggest you after apply changes in xml file reset factory phones and let them load all firmware's files and xml file again.

I hope your problem has been solved until now.

The problem has not been solved yet. I'm still looking for the solution.

What I did is apply changes in xml file and reset factory 3911 phone, here when the phone turn to "unprovisioned" and nothing can be done.

If you have anymore suggestion, please do reply asap.

Hi Jarunee,

Have you changed phones firmware? it maybe solve the problem.

And Try another thing, Enter "no authenticate register" command in "voice register gloabal"

Are you sure phones download new XML files?(XML files after your changes)

I hope those work, please let me know the resualts.
