Need SPC.EXE and firmware for my old SPA942 phones

Anyone that have these files that would like to share them with me?

Need to reset them and they have a password that we forgot.

You claimed you forgot the password. In such case you need to reset phone to factory default. It needs to be done from phone menu, neither an exe file nor firmware will help you with it.

1. On the SPA itself, press the Setup  button.
2. Go to Factory Reset using the Navigation  button.
3. Press the OK soft key afterwards. SPA will reboot and will be back to its default settings.

The whole point is that your solution does not work without the password. That why I needed the SPC.EXE to compile a cfg file for the webserver (since the phone read from a Web instead of tftp)

I have solved it with a webserver and DNS changes.

Advice is as good as description of the issue ...

No one but Cisco is allowed to distribute SPC compiler as well as firmware. It's copyrighted work. Fortunately, you need neither of it.

Phone accepts configuration even in plain XML format. It needs not to be compiled by SPC compiler.
