Need To Recover Admin Password For UC320

Hello,

We need asistance with with recovering the admin password for a UC320W system that we have in production at a client.

Unfortunately, there are no backups being done on the system.

Is there anyway that Cisco can help in recovering this password?

Please open a case with the SBSC for assistance with password recovery.  Please have the WAN MAC address handy (found on the label on the bottom of the unit) when you open the case as we will need that.  We will then need to have LAN side access to the UC320.
