Configuration Assistant version 1.9 includes support for the New Zealand dialplan and PSTN port localisation.  CCA 1.9 is the preferred release for managing SBCS in the New Zealand environment and completely replaces the ANZ Quickstart templates.  CCA 1.9 may be downloaded from here.

I've previously set-up a UC520 using the ANZ localisation scripts and was not all that happy with the result.  I've downloaded version 1.9.1 of CCA and would like to go back to that site and refresh the config with this version.  Is there a procedure I should follow for the removal of the localisation scripts previously applied?

Here is the documentation:

Thanks,

Marcos

Rob,

1. Make sure you take a backup of the config.

2. Copy and paste the following into the UC500 to delete the NZ CUSTOM dialplan (Quickstart).

3. TEST CONFIGURATION

4. SAVE --- Only after testing. If it doesnt work reboot & do not save.

Thanks

Luke

Thanks to both respondants.  I'm confirming a time with the client when I can access the system and apply these changes.  I'll let you know how I get on.:)
