Night time auto attendant

I have just about managed to get the night time auto attendant working. However, it doesn't work at all unless I also enable the daytime attendant which I don't want. AT present I have just set the call fwd delay to a long time so voicemail kicks in first. This doesn't seem ideal what might I be doing wrong?

During the day I want all extensions on a ring group to ring simulataneously. At night I want the aa to pick up the call and ask the caller to enter a number to be put through.

In my contact list I have: aa,200

200 is defined as the hunt group to ring all extensions.

Annoying with all the call forward delays set to zero the extensions still ring briefly before the aa picks up.

What is the correct way to configure the night time aa so that it picks up immediately without ringing any of the phones at all?

Try setting the NightTime Answer Delay to 1 sec, default is 12 sec.  In the Auto Attendant Parameters section.
