The online documentation refers to a Blind Transfer (BlindXfer) softkey, but our phones don't show this during calls. Does this have to be programmed in? Thanks.

Unfortunately, like your's previous question, you didn't disclosed where the SPA525G2 is connected to.
If it is connected to UC500 or similar Cisco call manager, it needs to be configured on it.
If it is connected to a generic SIP server, you should enable this Supplementary Service on the phone itself.

Dan, thank you for your response. I didn't disclose the information because I do not have it. I will provide it after obtaining the answer.

You need not to disclose it as long as you are satisfied with my variant answer above.
Also note XferLX, how should this work?
