I have a 7925 wireless IP-Phone connected to my UC540.
I got a problem with the softkeys. In idle mode all options are visible on the phone.
When a call is connected I only see two blank softkeys,without any options.
The phone button template is the following:

Are you using localization pack?
yes, I´m using German localization pack.
I made a test by editing the menu objects in different modes.
I added options step by step, when I e.g add mobility in idle, all options disappear in idle mode.
Which problem can cause this?
Single Number Reach -SNR calls is only supported in US English locale - CME Admin Guide p. 1284. CCA Admin Guide also refers to it. Please take a look on this link:

I had the exact same problem a few weeks ago. Cisco recreated the template for me apparantly they need to be in a specific order.
The below template got this working for me again.

softkeys alerting Callback Endcall
