Not Able To Monitor SPA508G With Side Car

We have two SPA508G's connected to a UC320W. One of these phones has a side car. When we try to monitor the phone with the side care on a line of the second phone the button just blinks orange. This even happens if we monitor the line and not the phone. There are 6 SPA303's on the network and we are able to successfully monitor them from the SPA508G. Con someone help?

I would try the following

- Try Factory reseting the phone that has the side car attached to it. This should make the phone re-download the firmware and config. This should hopefully fix the issue.

- If you have a Spare side car, replace the existing one with a spare known working side car. If the behaviour is not same with the new spare side, car then we know we have a defective side car. You could RMA it.

- It the behaviour is same with the spare side car, then we are dealing witha  software issue. I would open up a TAC case for this.

But the problem happens on the SPA508G without the side car. The SPA303 phones are able to monitor the SPA508G with the side car but the SPA508G phone acts up when monitoring the other SPA508G phone with the side car. Does this make sense?
