My customer is using 7975 & 7945 phones. Periodically, one of the phones will stop behaving properly and display "ITS" in the lower left corner (rather than the normal display of the ompany name). Sometimes, but not always, re-registering the phone clears this up. Whats's happening?

This is likely a bug on the system.
CSCsy72468: CME 7.x : SCCP IP Phones display shows "ITS" instead of system message
This looks to be fixed in a future release. But, this could be a different bug than you are experiencing. To verify that this is the problem that you are having, you should open up a tac case. You can look up the details of this bug using the bug tool kit on CCO.

This may not be the same bug, since the phones are not in a hunt group. I'll open a case with TAC. Thanks.
