Office Manager Beta Download

I tried downloading the Office Manager Beta, but IE throws an error when opening the page, claims it can't open a doc.

Has anyone else had this issue?

can you paste the link you are using?

I find it here...scroll down 3/4 of the way.

P.S.  the FCS version is due 9/15, so this July version will have a major update next week.
