operator number response delay with UC520-32U-8FXO-K9

dear all

i have UC520-32U-8FXO-K9 currently installed in my office with 15 ip phones connected to it , i have operator IP phone model 521S , the operator number is 700 , i have 5 PSTN lines connected to this system , i faced probelm when the outside caller call our PSTN lines it take two rings until the operator phone ringing so the operator pick up the phone in the ring number 3 from the caller side could you please advise is that normal or not ?

Hi Net1998ashraf,

It is going to very difficult to get an answer to your question since the SPA 521S is not officially supported with current version of the UC520. You are dealing with an unsupported config. The SPA phone likely waits for Caller ID before it starts ringing.
