Outgoing calls via Skype SIP trunk fail and no access to CUE

Hi,

I have a UC540 configured with a Skype sip trunk. The trunk is registered with Skype. I'm unable to make outgoing calls. I configured the trunk through CCA. Incomning calls are working to a Skype online number. Another problem I noticed was the the message button on the phones 7960 running SCCP has stopped working. I ran debugs the output is below. First debug is an outgoing call second debug is an attempt to get voice mail when hitting the message button equates to connecting to cue at extension 399. SIP calls are failing and SIP access to voice mail ar failing.

Any advise would be appreciated.

I use the little Search the Support Community tool in the upper right within the discussion

forum of the product.   I usually put a few key words in like "skype uc500 sip"

Hi Steven,

Thank you for the links. They are very relevant and I'm sure they will help I will keep you posted. Also, I use this forum as a resource and its very beneficial.

I would like to start helping if I can, How do you search for discussions that you can provide assistance with? To find the links you provided how did you search? I found some relevant posting but not as relevant as what you found.

Hi Steve,

The link helped I can now recieve incoming calls across the sip trunk. However outgoing calls are not working and if i push the message button on a phone I don't get through to CUE anymore. I'm thinking it could be due to a change in the CODECs as the ccsip debugs indicate no codec.

Below is the output when I push the message button and the phone dials 399 which is a sip dial-peer.

I will continue to investigate thanks for your help.
