I have a customer in Norway looking at the UCC for their UC-520 solution they bought last year.

He just gave me this picture, so I am wondering if anyone knows if this is rule or the exception and if there are ways to fix this....

I'm not sure what's causing the high memory utilization, sometimes, the callconnector may try to access some network resources that could be blocked by firewall. Do you have a firewall running and if so, can you add the following to the exception rule:

c:\Program Files\cisco systems\Cisco Unified CallConnectorServer\TSSMgr.exe
c:\Program Files\cisco systems\Cisco Unified CallConnectorServer\ccAutomationServer.exe
c:\Program Files\cisco systems\Cisco Unified CallConnectorServer\CCTSCCSVR.exe
c:\Program Files\cisco systems\Cisco Unified CallConnectorServer\CCTSDBSVR.exe
c:\Program Files\cisco systems\Cisco Unified CallConnectorServer\ccSSS.exe
c:\Program Files\cisco systems\Cisco Unified CallConnectorServer\ccSystemTracker.exe
c:\Program Files\cisco systems\Cisco Unified CallConnectorServer\ccServerWizard.exe
c:\Program Files\cisco systems\Cisco Unified CallConnectorServer\ccPresenceServer.exe

Thanks,
