Phone are restarting while on call

Hi All,

Please suggest me what will be case for restarting all telephone while on call. I am facing this case in UC560 with 4 FXO port and 8 extension .

Updade IOS, phone fimrware, and check again.

Is the UC560 restarting as well?

"show version" should show you the uptime.

Also, as already mentioned it's good practice to upgrade the IOS & phone firmware if possible.
