Phone.com / SPA504g / Not answering

As the subject says, I'm using phone.com with a spa504g.  When I dial the phone from anywhere and answer, it says "answering" yet the phone I'm calling form still hears ringing.  If I hang up the answered phone it throws the calling phone straight to voicemail.

Suggestions on what to tell phone.com to get this fixed other than "sorry, I'll have to take my business elsewhere"?

It seems to be network issue (NAT or firewall). But it's hard to give an usefull sugestion with no data to analyse from your side. Catch the SIP packets between your device and the provider.

Then someone may help you.

Syslog and debug messages may help as well.
