Is there a way from the phone itself to check firmware version once you have done a factory reset (#123456789*0#)?
We have purchased these used and they were locked ICL/ITL, I reset them using said method and now they are stuck in upgrade because the version of firmware on cucm is different. I have tried 8.3.3 and still nothing.
